Refund & Return Policy

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our error)

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving bank details.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
